Senior Pastor Earlmondish C. Marion, Sr.

Earlmondish Marion is the Founder of the Spirit of Life & Hope Ministries; he founded the ministry with his wife in June 2020 and accepted the call to preach the Gospel on December 18, 2016. He became an ordained minister under the spiritual leadership and authority of Pastor Susan Marshall, the Senior Pastor of Still Useable Ministries Church in June 2019.

Earl is an anointed vessel of God. He is a zealous leader that uses his gifting of teaching and preaching the Word of God to reach the lost for Christ.

Earl served honorably in the United States Army for 13 years as a Radio Communication Sergeant. He earned an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from American Military University. He earned his Undergraduate Certificate in Networking and Computer Systems from American Military University. He earned a Bachelor of Religion in Biblical and Theological Studies from Liberty University. Earl works for a governmental agency still providing networking and information technology services to the United States Armed Forces.

Earl has been married to his loving wife, Jennifer, for 16 years, and together they have six children: Jayshon, Ayana, Earl Jr., Jayden, Jenesis, and Erin. They also lovingly care for their niece and nephew, Tyland and Taelyn.

Assistant Pastor Dr. Jennifer A. Marion

Dr. Jennifer Marion is the Co-Founder of Spirit of Life & Hope Ministries, which she established with her husband in June 2020. She accepted her call to preach the Gospel on December 18, 2016, and was ordained in June 2019 under the spiritual leadership and authority of Pastor Susan Marshall, Senior Pastor of Still Useable Ministries Church.

Dr. Jennifer is called to influence, empower, and restore those who are broken, discouraged, and searching for hope. Through a life of servanthood, she has embraced the heart of ministry—demonstrating her love for God by serving others with compassion, humility, and purpose.

A visionary leader, Dr. Jennifer draws from personal experience, prophetic ministry, and clinical insight to impact lives. She equips and empowers the body of Christ through teachings on marriage and family, emotional and spiritual healing, identity, vision, purpose, and spiritual growth.

Dr. Jennifer honorably retired from the United States Army, where she served as a Geospatial Engineer. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from Ashford University and a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University. She earned her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Counseling & Psychological Studies from Regent University, with advanced training in trauma, resilience, and faith integration.

She also holds graduate certificates in Life Coaching and Mental Health and Wellness with an emphasis in Community Health Administration from Grand Canyon University, as well as a graduate certificate in Systemic Couple and Family Therapy from Capella University.

Dr. Jennifer is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) in the State of Alabama (#A311), practicing under supervision, and is a Certified PREPARE/ENRICH Facilitator and Certified SYMBIS Facilitator. She is also a Certified Professional Life Coach with a Christian focus, serving individuals, couples, families, churches, and communities.
