Senior Pastor Earlmondish C. Marion, Sr.

Earlmondish Marion is the Founder of the Spirit of Life & Hope Ministries; he founded the ministry with his wife in June 2020 and accepted the call to preach the Gospel on December 18, 2016. He became an ordained minister under the spiritual leadership and authority of Pastor Susan Marshall, the Senior Pastor of Still Useable Ministries Church in June 2019.

Earl is an anointed vessel of God. He is a zealous leader that uses his gifting of teaching and preaching the Word of God to reach the lost for Christ.

Earl served honorably in the United States Army for 13 years as a Radio Communication Sergeant. He earned an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from American Military University. He earned his Undergraduate Certificate in Networking and Computer Systems from American Military University. He earned a Bachelor of Religion in Biblical and Theological Studies from Liberty University. Earl works for a governmental agency still providing networking and information technology services to the United States Armed Forces.

Earl has been married to his loving wife, Jennifer, for 16 years and together they have 6 children: Jayshon, Ayana, Earl Jr., Jayden, Jenesis, and Erin.

Assistant Pastor Jennifer A. Marion

Jennifer Marion is the Co-founder of the Spirit of Life & Hope Ministries; she founded the ministry with her husband in June 2020 and accepted the call to preach the Gospel on December 18, 2016. She became an ordained minister under the spiritual leadership and authority of Pastor Susan Marshall, the Senior Pastor of Still Useable Ministries Church in June 2019.

Jennifer has been given the power to influence and empower the broken, helpless, hopeless, and the lost to overcome hardships. Through servanthood, she has learned the very essence of ministry, which is to serve others through demonstrating her love for God.

Jennifer is a visionary leader that uses personal experiences and prophetic ministry to influence the lives of others. She has been blessed by God to empower the body of Christ through topics ranging from marriage and family, empowerment, spiritual growth and development, vision and purpose.

Jennifer retired from the United States Army as a Geospatial Engineer and has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science from Ashford University. She received a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University. She currently works as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate (LMFTA) for the state of Alabama #A311. She is a Certified PREPARE/ENRICH Facilitator and Certified SYMBIS Facilitator who provides services to the community and churches to help premarital/marital relationships become strengthened.

She received a Graduate Certificate in Life Coaching and a Graduate Certificate in Mental Health and Wellness with an emphasis in Community Health Administration from Grand Canyon University. She finished a Graduate Certificate in Systemic Couple and Family Therapy from Capella University. She is pursuing a PhD in Counseling and Psychological Studies from Regent University. She's a Certified Professional Life Coach with a Christian niche.
